Start with the essentials below. If something still feels wrong, write to a human.
Email supportChoose Focus, then select deep work, study, or reading, a standard duration, and an atmosphere. Muryn shows the Settle, Engage, Sustain, and Land stages before playback and keeps the current stage and next change visible during the session.
Open Tonight and choose a place. Free places begin in one tap. Muryn keeps playing when the screen locks or you use another app. Use the Lock Screen or Control Center to pause and resume.
Open the Rest player and choose Timer. Muryn fades the entire mix gently before the timer ends. Choose Continuous to play until you stop it. Starting a Rest timer safely ends any active Focus session.
If headphones or a Bluetooth output disconnects, Muryn pauses conservatively instead of moving audio to the device speaker. Reconnect your preferred output and resume manually.
Open Settings and choose Restore purchases, or use the same option on the Muryn Pro screen. Sign in to the Apple Account that purchased Muryn Pro. It is a non-consumable lifetime purchase, not a subscription.
If Apple reports a purchase as pending, Muryn waits for Apple to finish processing it. Restore Purchases does not create another charge.
Focus routines, environments, sound layers, and artwork work without Wi-Fi or cellular data after installation. Purchase and restore operations require access to Apple and RevenueCat services. Previously verified access can continue from cached purchase information when available, but a new purchase cannot be completed during a service outage.
Muryn has no account, ads, or cross-app tracking. Focus outcomes and optional feedback, routines, favorites, mixes, history, and settings remain on your device. RevenueCat receives anonymous purchase history for Muryn Pro validation and aggregate purchase analytics. Choose Delete local Muryn data in Settings to remove local data without erasing the purchase entitlement held by Apple.
