This Privacy Policy explains how W&F ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Key Point: W&F is designed to process gyroscope data entirely on your device. Your measurement data never leaves your device through our app.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

W&F does NOT collect:

• Your measurement data or session history
• Personal identification information
• Email addresses or contact information
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics or behavior data
• Browsing history
• Location data

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage Only

All your data is stored locally on your device:

• Measurements: RPM, Wow & Flutter, and session history stored on-device only
• App Settings: Stored locally (speed mode, calibration offset, etc.)
• Pro Status: Managed via RevenueCat and Apple's StoreKit, stored locally

3.2 No Cloud Storage

W&F does NOT:

• Upload your measurement data to any server
• Store your session history on cloud services
• Sync data across devices via our servers
• Backup your data to external servers

4. Permissions We Request

W&F requests the following permission to provide its core functionality:

Important: Gyroscope data is processed entirely on your device in real-time. We do not access, store, or transmit any raw sensor data. All RPM calculations and Wow & Flutter analysis are performed locally.

5. Measurement Processing

W&F measures turntable performance using your device's gyroscope:

• All sensor data processing is performed entirely on your device
• No measurement data is sent to external servers
• RPM calculation, SMA filtering, and W&F analysis are computed locally
• Saved measurements are stored only in your device's local storage

6. In-App Purchases

W&F PRO is available as a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat, a trusted third-party service
• We do NOT receive your payment information
• We do NOT have access to your Apple ID or billing details
• RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage entitlements — no personal data is shared

7. Third-Party Services

W&F integrates with the following services:

8. Children's Privacy

W&F does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require any personal information to function.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's data being collected or stored.

9. Data Security

Your data security is ensured by:

• Local Storage: Data never leaves your device through our app
• No Network Transmission: Measurements are not uploaded anywhere by our app
• On-Device Processing: All gyroscope analysis is performed locally
• iOS Security: Data is protected by iOS's built-in security features
• App Sandboxing: Other apps cannot access W&F's data

10. Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over your data:

10.1 Access Your Data

• All your measurements are viewable in the app's measurement log
• App settings are visible within the app

10.2 Delete Your Data

• Delete individual measurements from the measurement log
• Uninstall the app to remove all data, settings, and preferences

10.3 Manage Permissions

• Go to iOS Settings > W&F
• Enable or disable Motion & Fitness permission

11. Data Retention

• Measurements: Stored locally until you delete them (maximum 100 records)
• Settings: Stored until you uninstall the app
• Pro Status: Linked to your Apple ID and managed by Apple/RevenueCat

We do not retain any of your data on our servers because we do not have servers that store user data.

12. International Users

W&F is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• No data is transferred internationally by us
• Your data remains on your device in your country
• Apple and RevenueCat services may process data according to their respective policies

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Posting the new policy at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
