By downloading, installing, or using W&F ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use W&F for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Measure turntable RPM speed using your device's gyroscope
• Analyze Wow & Flutter percentage and stability
• Save measurement sessions to your local history
• Calibrate the RPM offset for your device
• Use the demo mode to preview functionality

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Circumvent premium feature restrictions

3. Free vs. Pro Features

3.1 Free Features

The free version of W&F includes:

• 5 measurement sessions
• 33 RPM and 45 RPM speed modes
• Real-time VU meter display
• Digital RPM readout
• Status LED indicator
• Demo mode
• 7 languages supported

3.2 Pro Features (One-Time Purchase)

Pro users get:

• Unlimited measurement sessions
• All speed modes (16, 33, 45, and 78 RPM)
• W&F grade badge (Excellent / Good / Fair / Poor)
• RPM time-series graph
• Save & measurement history log
• RPM calibration offset tool
• All future premium features included

4. In-App Purchase Terms

4.1 Purchase Option

• W&F PRO: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access

4.2 Purchase Terms

• This is a one-time purchase, NOT a subscription
• Pro purchase is permanent and does not expire
• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID
• Pro access works on all your devices with the same Apple ID
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat on behalf of the App

4.3 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all data generated using W&F, including:

• RPM and Wow & Flutter measurement results
• Saved measurement session history
• Calibration settings

We do NOT claim any rights to your data. Your measurements are private and belong entirely to you.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for how you use your measurement data. We make no guarantees about the absolute accuracy of measurements, as results depend on device hardware and environmental conditions.

6. Privacy and Data Storage

W&F is designed with privacy as a priority:

• Local Storage: Measurements and app data are stored locally on your device
• On-Device Processing: All gyroscope analysis is performed locally on your device
• No Account Required: The app does not require login or account creation
• No Data Collection: We do not access or collect your measurement data
• Your Control: You can delete all data at any time

7. Permissions

W&F requires the following permission to function:

• Motion & Fitness (Gyroscope): Required to measure turntable rotation speed and calculate RPM and Wow & Flutter

This permission is essential for the core functionality of W&F. Without gyroscope access, the app cannot perform measurements. You can manage this permission in iOS Settings at any time.

You agree NOT to use W&F for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Attempting to circumvent Pro feature restrictions
• Interfering with the App's functionality
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

W&F integrates with:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Apple StoreKit: For purchase processing
• RevenueCat: For purchase and entitlement management
• Apple CoreMotion: For gyroscope sensor access

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

W&F is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data preservation
• Accuracy of RPM or Wow & Flutter measurements

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
• We are not responsible for loss of measurement data
• We are not responsible for device malfunction or iOS system errors
• We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements due to device hardware limitations
• We are not responsible for any decisions made based on measurement results

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to W&F if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. All locally stored data will be removed upon uninstallation.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
