Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, purchasing, or using Tintable (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App. Tintable is provided by PRIZM ("PRIZM," "we," "us," or "our").

2. License

Subject to these Terms and Apple's applicable rules, PRIZM grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Tintable on Apple devices that you own or control.

3. The service

Tintable lets you color closed regions in illustrated scenes, follow marked portals between connected scenes, save progress locally, and export finished artwork through iOS. Features, included worlds, and availability may evolve as the App is maintained.

4. Subscriptions

Tintable may offer auto-renewable monthly and annual subscriptions that unlock the full library and eligible new releases. The price and billing period shown in the App Store purchase sheet at the time of purchase control.

• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless it is canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Deleting Tintable does not cancel a subscription.
• If a free trial or introductory offer is shown, its displayed eligibility and duration apply. Any unused portion may be forfeited when a paid subscription begins where permitted.
• Purchases can be restored through the App using the same Apple Account, subject to Apple's rules.

Apple processes payments and refund requests. To request a refund, use Apple's Report a Problem service.

5. Artwork and app content

You own the color choices and other original creative input you add. PRIZM and its licensors retain all rights in Tintable, including the software, line art, world designs, characters, interface, branding, and unmodified source assets.

You may save and share your completed Tintable artwork for personal, non-commercial use. Unless PRIZM gives written permission, you may not sell, license, redistribute, extract, train models on, or offer the App's line art or world assets as a separate product or asset collection.

6. Acceptable use

You may not reverse engineer the App except where applicable law expressly permits it; bypass access controls; interfere with content delivery; automate extraction of assets; misuse the App for unlawful purposes; or infringe another person's rights.

7. Local data and backups

Tintable stores progress locally and does not provide account-based synchronization. You are responsible for your device, device backups, and exported files. Removing the App or losing the device may remove local progress. See the Tintable Privacy Policy for more detail.

8. Availability and changes

We may add, update, replace, or remove features and coloring worlds to maintain quality, security, compatibility, and the service. We do not guarantee that every feature or item will remain available indefinitely. We may suspend access when reasonably necessary to protect the App or comply with law.

9. Disclaimer

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tintable is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable consumer law.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIZM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from the App. Where liability cannot be excluded, it will be limited to the amount you paid for Tintable during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, without limiting mandatory consumer rights.

11. Apple

Apple is not a party to these Terms and is not responsible for Tintable or its support, except as required by the Apple Media Services Terms and applicable law. Your use of the App is also subject to Apple's applicable terms. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce the license terms against you.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the mandatory law of your country of residence applies. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms when the App, our business, or legal requirements change. The effective date above identifies the latest version. Continuing to use Tintable after an update means you accept the revised Terms where permitted by law.
