Privacy Policy

1. Who operates Tintable

Tintable is provided by PRIZM ("PRIZM," "we," "us," or "our"). This policy explains how the Tintable app for iPhone and iPad handles information.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not require an account and do not collect your name, email address, contacts, precise location, photos, advertising identifier, coloring history, or exported artwork. Tintable does not include advertising or analytics SDKs, and we do not sell personal information.

3. Information stored on your device

Tintable stores app settings, palette choices, world and scene progress, filled-region color values, and downloaded coloring-world files locally in the app's container. This information is used only to provide the app's features.

• You can reset coloring progress from within the app where that control is available.
• Deleting the app normally removes its locally stored data, subject to your device and backup settings.
• We do not operate an account-based cloud synchronization service for Tintable.

4. Exports and sharing

When you choose to export or share finished artwork, iOS presents its system share sheet. You decide which app, person, or storage location receives the file. The privacy practices of the destination you select are governed by that destination's provider.

5. Purchases and subscriptions

Subscription product information, purchases, renewals, entitlement checks, restorations, billing, and refunds are handled through Apple's App Store and StoreKit services. Tintable receives only the product and entitlement status needed to unlock purchased access. We do not receive or store your full payment-card details. Apple's handling of purchase data is described in the Apple Privacy Policy.

6. Network requests and content delivery

Tintable may connect to Apple to retrieve purchase information. If additional coloring worlds are made available for download, the app may also request a signed content catalog and asset files from our content host. Tintable does not add an advertising identifier, account identifier, or coloring history to those requests.

As with ordinary internet traffic, Apple, hosting providers, and network operators may process technical connection information such as an IP address and request time to deliver and secure their services. We do not use that information to track you across apps or websites or to build advertising profiles.

7. Data retention and security

Because we do not receive your coloring progress or exported artwork, we do not retain copies on our servers. Local data remains on your device until you reset it or remove the app, subject to iOS backup behavior. We use platform security features and HTTPS for supported network requests, but no method of storage or transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Children

Tintable is a general-audience coloring app. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact us so we can investigate.

9. Your choices

You can stop all app activity by deleting Tintable. You can manage or cancel a subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings. For questions about information processed by Apple, contact Apple directly.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy if Tintable's features or legal obligations change. The effective date above will identify the latest version. Material changes will be communicated through an appropriate channel when required.
