By downloading, installing, or using Morf ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Morf for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Capture daily body transformation progress photos
• Import existing photos from your library into the vault
• Use Ghost Mode to align with previous photos for consistent framing
• View side-by-side comparisons of your transformation
• Export timelapse videos and collages of your progress
• Protect your vault with Face ID biometric authentication
• Set daily reminders to track your progress

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Circumvent premium feature restrictions

3. Free vs. Pro Features

3.1 Free Features

The free version of Morf includes:

• Daily body photo capture with alignment guide
• Ghost Mode overlay for consistent positioning
• Private photo vault with Face ID protection
• Side-by-side photo comparison (Compare mode)
• Photo organization by pose (front, side, back)
• Day counter tracking
• Daily reminder notifications
• 7 languages supported

3.2 Pro Features

Pro users get access to:

• Morph mode — animated cross-fade between transformation photos
• Timelapse video export of your full transformation journey
• Collage export (square and story formats)
• All future premium features included

4. In-App Purchase Terms

4.1 Purchase Options

• Morf Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access
• Morf Pro Yearly: Auto-renewable annual subscription

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Lifetime Purchase Terms

• This is a one-time purchase, NOT a subscription
• Pro purchase is permanent and does not expire
• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat on behalf of the App

4.3 Yearly Subscription Terms

• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings (Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions)
• Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited if you purchase a subscription

4.4 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support: https://support.apple.com
• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create using Morf, including:

• Photos you capture with the camera
• Photos you import into the vault
• Timelapse videos and collages you export

We do NOT claim any rights to your content. Your body transformation photos are private and belong entirely to you.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create with Morf. While your content is private, you agree not to use the App to create or store:

• Illegal content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Harmful, defamatory, or offensive content

6. Privacy and Data Storage

Morf is designed with privacy as a priority:

• Local Storage: Photos and app data are stored locally on your device
• On-Device Processing: All morphing, video rendering, and collage generation happen locally on your device
• No Account Required: The app does not require login or account creation
• No Data Collection: We do not access or collect your photos or personal data
• Face ID: Biometric data is handled entirely by iOS — we never access it
• Your Control: You can delete all data at any time

7. Permissions

Morf requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: Required to capture daily progress photos
• Photo Library: Required to import photos and save exported videos and collages
• Face ID (Optional): To protect your private vault with biometric authentication
• Notifications (Optional): To send daily progress tracking reminders

Camera and photo library permissions are essential for the core functionality of Morf. You can manage all permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

You agree NOT to use Morf for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Creating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to circumvent Pro feature restrictions
• Interfering with the App's functionality
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Third-Party Services

Morf integrates with:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Apple StoreKit: For purchase processing
• RevenueCat: For purchase and entitlement management
• Apple AVFoundation: For camera capture
• Apple Photos: For saving and importing photos
• Apple LocalAuthentication: For Face ID vault protection

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Morf is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data preservation
• Accuracy of morphing animations or video rendering

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
• We are not responsible for loss of photos or data
• We are not responsible for device malfunction or iOS system errors
• We are not responsible for photo capture, video export, or rendering failures

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Morf if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Exported videos and collages saved to your Photos library will remain.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
