This Privacy Policy explains how Morf ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Key Point: Morf is designed to process and store photos entirely on your device. Your body photos and transformation data never leave your device through our app.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

Morf does NOT collect:

• Your photos or body transformation images
• Personal identification information
• Email addresses or contact information
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics or behavior data
• Browsing history
• Facial recognition or biometric data
• Body measurements or health data

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage Only

All your data is stored locally on your device:

• Photos: Stored in the app's private vault on your device
• Exported Media: Timelapse videos and collages are saved to your device's photo library
• App Settings: Stored locally (ghost mode opacity, daily reminder time, etc.)
• Pro Status: Managed via RevenueCat and Apple's StoreKit, stored locally

3.2 No Cloud Storage

Morf does NOT:

• Upload your photos to any server
• Store your images on cloud services
• Sync data across devices via our servers
• Backup your data to external servers

4. Permissions We Request

Morf requests the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

Important: Camera data and photo processing happen entirely on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit any camera or image data. All morphing animations, timelapse videos, and collages are rendered locally using on-device processing.

Face ID: Biometric authentication is processed entirely by iOS. Morf never receives, stores, or transmits your biometric data. We only receive a success/failure response from iOS.

5. Photo Processing

Morf processes your photos for transformation visualization:

• All image processing is performed entirely on your device
• No photos are sent to external servers for processing
• Morphing animations, timelapse videos, and collage exports are rendered locally
• Ghost mode overlay alignment is computed on-device
• Exported media is saved only to your device's photo library

6. In-App Purchases

Morf Pro is available as a lifetime purchase or yearly subscription:

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat, a trusted third-party service
• We do NOT receive your payment information
• We do NOT have access to your Apple ID or billing details
• RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage entitlements — no personal data is shared

6.1 Auto-Renewable Subscription

• Yearly subscription renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings

8. Children's Privacy

Morf does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require any personal information to function.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's data being collected or stored.

9. Data Security

Your data security is ensured by:

• Local Storage: Data never leaves your device through our app
• No Network Transmission: Photos are not uploaded anywhere by our app
• On-Device Processing: All morphing, videos, and collages are rendered locally
• Face ID Protection: Optional biometric lock for your private photo vault
• iOS Security: Data is protected by iOS's built-in security features
• App Sandboxing: Other apps cannot access Morf's data

10. Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over your data:

10.1 Access Your Data

• All your photos are accessible within the app's Vault
• Exported videos and collages are in your device's Photos app
• App settings are visible within the app

10.2 Delete Your Data

• Delete individual photos from the Vault within the app
• Delete exported media from your Photos app
• Uninstall the app to remove all app data, settings, and stored photos

10.3 Manage Permissions

• Go to iOS Settings > Morf
• Enable or disable Camera, Photos, Face ID, and Notification permissions

11. Data Retention

• Vault Photos: Stored within the app until you delete them
• Exported Media: Stored in your Photos library until you delete them
• Settings: Stored until you uninstall the app
• Pro Status: Linked to your Apple ID and managed by Apple/RevenueCat

We do not retain any of your data on our servers because we do not have servers that store user data.

12. International Users

Morf is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• No data is transferred internationally by us
• Your data remains on your device in your country
• Apple and RevenueCat services may process data according to their respective policies

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Posting the new policy at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
