By downloading, installing, or using digi. ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use digi. for personal purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Capture photos using the camera with film filters and effects
• Import existing photos from your library and apply filters and effects
• Adjust manual camera controls (exposure, focus, zoom)
• Use the double exposure feature to blend two photos
• Apply film grain, vignette, light leaks, dust, and frame effects
• Add vintage date stamps to your photos
• Save processed photos to your device

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Circumvent premium feature restrictions

3. Free vs. Pro Features

3.1 Free Features

The free version of digi. includes:

• 8 film filters
• Film Grain (off / light)
• Vignette (off / subtle)
• Dust and Scratches (off / light)
• Manual camera controls (exposure, tap-to-focus, pinch zoom)
• Date stamp overlay
• Import photos and apply filters
• Dedicated "digi." photo album
• 7 languages supported

3.2 Pro Features (One-Time Purchase)

Pro users get:

• All 19 film filters (11 additional filters)
• All Film Grain levels (light / medium / heavy)
• All Vignette levels (subtle / classic / strong)
• All Dust and Scratches levels (light / heavy)
• Light Leaks (warm / cool / golden / burn)
• Film Frames (35mm / medium format / polaroid / half frame / rounded)
• Double Exposure mode
• All future premium features included

4. In-App Purchase Terms

4.1 Purchase Option

• digi. PRO: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access

4.2 Purchase Terms

• This is a one-time purchase, NOT a subscription
• Pro purchase is permanent and does not expire
• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID
• Pro access works on all your devices with the same Apple ID
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat on behalf of the App

4.3 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support: https://support.apple.com
• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Your Content and Data

5.1 Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all content you create using digi., including:

• Photos you capture with the camera
• Photos you import and edit
• All processed and filtered images

We do NOT claim any rights to your content. Your photos are private and belong entirely to you.

5.2 Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you create with digi. While your content is private, you agree not to use the App to create or store:

• Illegal content
• Content that violates others' rights
• Harmful, defamatory, or offensive content

6. Privacy and Data Storage

digi. is designed with privacy as a priority:

• Local Storage: Photos and app data are stored locally on your device
• On-Device Processing: All filters and effects are applied locally on your device
• No Account Required: The app does not require login or account creation
• No Data Collection: We do not access or collect your photos or personal data
• Your Control: You can delete all data at any time

7. Permissions

digi. requires the following permissions to function:

• Camera: Required to capture photos with film filters
• Photo Library: Required to save photos and import existing photos for editing
• Location (Optional): To embed location data in photo metadata

Camera and photo library permissions are essential for the core functionality of digi. You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

You agree NOT to use digi. for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Creating illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to circumvent Pro feature restrictions
• Interfering with the App's functionality
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Third-Party Services

digi. integrates with:

• Apple App Store: For app distribution and in-app purchases
• Apple StoreKit: For purchase processing
• RevenueCat: For purchase and entitlement management
• Apple AVFoundation: For camera capture
• Apple Photos: For saving and importing photos

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

digi. is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Data preservation
• Accuracy of filters or color reproduction

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
• We are not responsible for loss of photos or data
• We are not responsible for device malfunction or iOS system errors
• We are not responsible for photo processing or camera capture failures
• We are not responsible for color accuracy of filters or effects

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to digi. if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. Photos saved to your "digi." album will remain in your photo library.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
