This Privacy Policy explains how digi. ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") handles your information. We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about our practices.

Key Point: digi. is designed to process photos entirely on your device. Your photos and edits never leave your device through our app.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

digi. does NOT collect:

• Your photos or edited images
• Personal identification information
• Email addresses or contact information
• Device identifiers for tracking
• Usage analytics or behavior data
• Browsing history
• Facial recognition or biometric data

3. Data Storage

3.1 Local Storage Only

All your data is stored locally on your device:

• Photos: Saved to your device's photo library in a dedicated "digi." album
• App Settings: Stored locally (filter preferences, effect settings, etc.)
• Pro Status: Managed via RevenueCat and Apple's StoreKit, stored locally

3.2 No Cloud Storage

digi. does NOT:

• Upload your photos to any server
• Store your images on cloud services
• Sync data across devices via our servers
• Backup your data to external servers

4. Permissions We Request

digi. requests the following permissions to provide its core functionality:

Important: Camera data and photo processing happen entirely on your device. We do not access, store, or transmit any camera or image data. All filters and effects are applied locally using on-device processing.

5. Photo Processing

digi. applies film filters and effects to your photos:

• All image processing is performed entirely on your device
• No photos are sent to external servers for processing
• Filters, grain, vignette, light leaks, and other effects are rendered locally
• Processed photos are saved only to your device's photo library

6. In-App Purchases

digi. PRO is available as a one-time lifetime purchase:

• Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• Purchase management is handled by RevenueCat, a trusted third-party service
• We do NOT receive your payment information
• We do NOT have access to your Apple ID or billing details
• RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user ID to manage entitlements -- no personal data is shared

8. Children's Privacy

digi. does not knowingly collect any information from children under 13 years of age. The App does not require any personal information to function.

Since we do not collect any personal data, there is no risk of children's data being collected or stored.

9. Data Security

Your data security is ensured by:

• Local Storage: Data never leaves your device through our app
• No Network Transmission: Photos are not uploaded anywhere by our app
• On-Device Processing: All filters and effects are applied locally
• iOS Security: Data is protected by iOS's built-in security features
• App Sandboxing: Other apps cannot access digi.'s data

10. Your Rights and Controls

You have complete control over your data:

10.1 Access Your Data

• All your photos are in the "digi." album in your Photos app
• App settings are visible within the app

10.2 Delete Your Data

• Delete photos from the "digi." album in your Photos app
• Uninstall the app to remove all app settings and preferences

10.3 Manage Permissions

• Go to iOS Settings > digi.
• Enable or disable Camera, Photos, and Location permissions

11. Data Retention

• Photos: Stored in your Photos library until you delete them
• Settings: Stored until you uninstall the app
• Pro Status: Linked to your Apple ID and managed by Apple/RevenueCat

We do not retain any of your data on our servers because we do not have servers that store user data.

12. International Users

digi. is available worldwide. Since all data is stored locally on your device:

• No data is transferred internationally by us
• Your data remains on your device in your country
• Apple and RevenueCat services may process data according to their respective policies

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top
• Posting the new policy at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
