Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By downloading, installing, or using Signet. (the “App”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. What Signet. Does

Signet. lets you create a reusable handwritten-style signature, import a PDF or image from Files or the iOS share sheet, position the signature, and export a flattened copy. Processing is designed to occur on your device.

Important: Signet. creates and places a visual signature mark. It does not verify identity, issue certificates, create a cryptographic digital signature, or guarantee that a signature will have legal effect in any jurisdiction.

3. Free and Paid Features

Unlimited Documents — One-Time Purchase

Copy and share your reusable signature.
Export your signature as PNG or SVG.
Complete and export signed PDFs and images without document credits.
Restore access on devices using the same Apple ID.

Unlimited Documents is a non-consumable, one-time in-app purchase. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically. The displayed price may vary by storefront and is provided by Apple.

4. Purchases and Refunds

Apple processes payments. RevenueCat helps the App verify purchase status and restore access. We do not receive your full payment-card details or Apple ID. Refund requests are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.

5. Your Signatures and Documents

You retain ownership of the signatures, documents, and exports you create or import. You are responsible for having the right to use those materials and for reviewing the final document before sharing or relying on it.

6. Local Data and Files

Generated signature data is stored locally so it can be reused. Imported documents are processed locally and working copies are removed after completion, cancellation, or failure. Deleting the App or generated data may permanently remove locally stored content. Keep your own copies of important files.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not use the App to impersonate another person, forge authorization, commit fraud, violate intellectual-property or privacy rights, bypass purchase restrictions, disrupt the App, or break applicable law.

8. Third-Party Services

The App uses Apple App Store services and RevenueCat for in-app purchase processing and entitlement verification. Your use of those services is also subject to their terms and policies.

9. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, and legal validity of any signature or document.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages; lost files or opportunities; or reliance on a signature’s legal effect. Our aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for the App’s in-app purchase.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where mandatory local consumer law applies.
