By downloading, installing, or using Planned ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Planned for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Create and manage time blocks, tasks, and events
• Use calendar views (daily, weekly, monthly) for planning
• Track your productivity and view insights
• Use home screen widgets to access your schedule
• Sync your data across devices using iCloud
• Export and share your schedules

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems to access the App

3. Free vs. Premium Features

3.1 Free Features

The free version of Planned includes:

• Up to 3 custom categories
• Basic time blocking
• Todo management with priorities
• Daily, weekly, and monthly calendar views
• Basic widgets (small and medium)
• Local data storage

3.2 Premium Features (In-App Purchase)

Premium users get:

• Unlimited custom categories
• Unlimited goals tracking
• Advanced productivity insights
• All widget sizes and themes
• iCloud sync across devices
• Calendar integration (Apple Calendar, Google Calendar)
• Advanced statistics and reports
• Priority customer support

4. In-App Purchase Terms

4.1 Subscription Options

• Premium Monthly: Monthly subscription with full access
• Premium Yearly: Annual subscription with discount
• Premium Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent access

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Lifetime purchase is permanent and does not expire
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID

4.3 Refund Policy

• All purchases are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support: https://support.apple.com
• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create using Planned, including:

• Time blocks and schedules
• Tasks and todo items
• Events and appointments
• Goals and categories
• Exported schedule files

We do NOT claim any rights to your data. You may use, export, or delete your data freely.

6. Privacy and Data Storage

Planned is designed with privacy in mind:

• Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device by default
• iCloud Sync (Optional): Premium users can enable iCloud sync for cross-device access
• No Third-Party Servers: We do NOT upload your data to our servers
• No Account Required: The app does not require login or account creation
• Your Control: You can delete all data at any time

7. Calendar and Notification Permissions

Planned may request the following permissions:

• Calendar Access: To sync with Apple Calendar or Google Calendar (optional)
• Notifications: To send reminders for tasks and events

You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

8. Widgets and Live Activities

Planned offers home screen widgets and Live Activities:

• Widgets display your schedule on the home screen
• Live Activities show current tasks on the lock screen
• Widget data is stored in a shared app container
• No personal data is transmitted externally

9. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use Planned for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Storing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to circumvent premium feature restrictions
• Interfering with other users or the App's functionality
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

10. Third-Party Services

Planned integrates with:

• Apple App Store: For payments and in-app purchases
• Apple StoreKit: For purchase management
• Apple iCloud: For optional data sync (Premium feature)
• Apple Calendar: For calendar integration (optional)
• Google Calendar: For calendar integration (optional)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Planned is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of productivity insights

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
• We are not responsible for loss of data, missed appointments, or scheduling errors
• We are not responsible for device malfunction or iOS system errors

13. Data Loss and Backup

IMPORTANT: You are responsible for backing up your data:

• Data is stored locally on your device by default
• If you delete the app without backup, data will be permanently lost
• We recommend enabling iCloud sync or regularly exporting your schedules
• We are NOT responsible for any data loss

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to Planned if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

16. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
