Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED / JULY 28, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Prizm ("Prizm," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the iPhone game Pang Circuit: Stack 10 (the "App"). It also explains how services integrated into the App may process information.
The App is a hexagonal stack puzzle game with a level campaign, daily circuits, endless play, chain reactions, scores, stars, bolts, achievements, leaderboards, advertising, and a one-time in-app purchase that removes all advertising.
2. Data We Handle
2.1 Data stored locally on your device
| Category | Examples | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress | Current game and board state, current and unlocked levels, level stars, high score, total Pangs and bolts, campaign streaks, mastery progress, daily-circuit state, daily streak, rewards, rerolls, and undo availability. | Device only |
| Preferences | Sound, haptics, tutorial and onboarding state, preferred game mode, and other gameplay settings. | Device only |
| Advertising cadence | Active play time, completed runs, valid placements, and the time and run count associated with the most recent interstitial advertisement. | Device only |
| Local gameplay event log | Event type, timestamp, a random session identifier, and limited gameplay context such as mode, level, result, score, or feature use. The App retains no more than 250 recent events. | Device only in this release |
The current release does not send the local gameplay event log to a Prizm analytics server. The production analytics endpoint is not configured. If a future release enables server-side analytics, we will review and update this Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures before that release.
2.2 Data processed by integrated services
| Service | Data that may be processed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob and Google UMP | IP address and IP-derived approximate location; device or advertising identifiers where permitted; app launches, taps, ad impressions and video views; advertising data; consent choices; crash logs; performance data; and other diagnostic information. | Serve, limit, personalize, measure, secure, and improve advertising; prevent fraud and invalid activity; record privacy choices. |
| RevenueCat | An automatically generated anonymous App User ID, device and operating-system information, product identifiers, Apple receipt and transaction information, purchase history, entitlement status, and storefront information. | Validate and restore purchases, maintain the lifetime Remove Ads entitlement, prevent fraud, and provide purchase analytics. |
| Apple App Store and StoreKit | Purchase transaction, Apple Account relationship, storefront, receipt, refund, and restoration information. Apple processes payment credentials. | Process and restore the Remove Ads purchase and meet security, fraud-prevention, tax, accounting, and legal obligations. |
| Apple Game Center | Game Center authentication state and display name; game activity; scores; leaderboard entries; achievements and achievement progress; and other information Apple processes for Game Center, such as nickname, avatar, friends, and activity-sharing choices. | Authenticate Game Center, submit and display leaderboards, report achievements, and provide Apple-operated Game Center features. |
2.3 Data we do not ask you to provide
- No Prizm account, profile, name, email address, phone number, or password is required.
- The App does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera, photo library, microphone, HealthKit, or payment-card access.
- The App does not provide Prizm-operated chat, public profiles, or user-generated content uploads.
- Prizm does not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password.
3. How Information Is Used
- App functionality: save progress, restore a game, remember settings, deliver rewards, and unlock purchased functionality.
- Game Center: authenticate the local player, submit scores and progress, display leaderboards, and report achievements.
- Advertising: request and display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements when advertising is permitted.
- Analytics and diagnostics: measure advertising and purchase performance, diagnose failures, understand technical performance, and improve the App and integrated services.
- Security and fraud prevention: validate transactions, prevent invalid advertising activity, and protect the App and integrated services.
- Legal compliance: honor consent choices and comply with applicable privacy, consumer, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
4. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob. Depending on your region, device settings, consent choices, and applicable age-related treatment, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized advertising can still use contextual information, IP-derived approximate location, frequency controls, and limited device information.
The App does not request advertisements immediately on first launch. Advertising services are initialized only after sufficient gameplay and after the relevant purchase and consent checks. Advertising frequency may vary by format and gameplay state.
For users in regions where consent is required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present a privacy message before advertisements are requested. You can accept, refuse, or manage the available choices. Refusing optional consent does not block gameplay, although advertising availability or personalization may change.
On iOS, the App may ask for permission under App Tracking Transparency before an advertising identifier can be used for tracking across apps or websites owned by other companies. You may refuse that permission and continue playing. Where Google requires a persistent privacy entry point, it appears in the App's Options screen as Privacy Choices.
If the lifetime Remove Ads entitlement is active, the App does not request or display banner, interstitial, or rewarded advertisements. While the App is still checking that entitlement, advertising remains blocked.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Apple processes the transaction. RevenueCat receives and validates transaction and entitlement information using an anonymous App User ID generated by its SDK. The App does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address.
After verification, the App checks the lifetime entitlement with RevenueCat and disables all advertising while that entitlement is active. Purchase records may remain with Apple and RevenueCat so the purchase can be restored, refunded, audited, or protected against fraud.
Review Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
6. Apple Game Center
The App supports Apple Game Center. If you are signed in to Game Center, the App can authenticate your Game Center player and display your Game Center name. It submits the following gameplay records to Apple:
- Highest cleared level.
- Total bolts.
- High score.
- Achievement progress for campaign milestones, campaign mastery, and total Pangs.
Apple operates Game Center and determines how Game Center nicknames, avatars, friends, scores, achievements, and shared activity are processed and displayed. Some information you choose to share may be visible to other Game Center users. The App does not operate its own social network, friend database, multiplayer service, or chat system.
You can manage Game Center sign-in and sharing through iOS Settings and Apple's Game Center interfaces. Review Game Center & Privacy.
7. Local Progress and Event Data
Your board state, campaign progress, daily progress, scores, stars, bolts, rewards, settings, and local gameplay event log are stored in the App's local iOS storage. They are not synced to a Prizm account because the App has no Prizm account system.
The App keeps a rolling local log of no more than 250 recent gameplay events. In this release, that log is not uploaded to a Prizm server. Game Center scores and achievements and the RevenueCat purchase entitlement are separate records handled by Apple and RevenueCat as described above.
Resetting progress inside the App or deleting the App may permanently remove local game data. Game Center records and Apple or RevenueCat purchase records are not necessarily deleted when local game data is reset or the App is uninstalled.
8. Retention and Deletion
- Local game data: remains until changed, reset, or removed by uninstalling the App, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.
- Local gameplay event log: retains no more than 250 recent events and remains on the device in this release.
- Consent data: is retained by Google UMP according to the applicable privacy message and can be revisited when a privacy-options entry point is required.
- Advertising data: is retained by Google and its advertising partners according to their policies, consent signals, and legal obligations.
- Purchase data: may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat for restoration, transaction history, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
- Game Center data: is retained and managed by Apple according to your Game Center settings, Apple's policies, and applicable law.
Because Prizm does not maintain a user account or server-side player profile for this release, we generally cannot locate third-party records using your name or email address. Requests concerning Google, Apple, Game Center, or RevenueCat records may need to be directed to the relevant provider.
9. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Continue playing after refusing optional advertising consent or App Tracking Transparency permission.
- Review available advertising privacy choices in the App's Options screen when Google requires that option.
- Manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
- Purchase Remove Ads to disable all banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising in the App.
- Manage Game Center sign-in, profile visibility, friends, and activity sharing through Apple's settings and Game Center interfaces.
- Reset local progress in the App or delete local game data by uninstalling the App, understanding that local progress may be lost.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Contact your local data-protection authority if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and our ability to verify and locate the relevant data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
10. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. A child should use the App only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, contact details, Prizm account profiles, or user-generated content to Prizm.
If you believe information from a child has been processed contrary to applicable law, contact us. Advertising and platform providers may apply child-directed or age-related treatment where required by device settings, platform rules, applicable law, or the provider's policies.
11. Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App, including iOS application storage and HTTPS connections. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Google, Apple, and RevenueCat operate internationally. Information processed by them may be transferred to and handled in countries other than yours, subject to their contractual safeguards, privacy policies, and applicable law.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, integrated services, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, when required, provide additional notice or request new consent. Materially different data practices will not be applied retroactively without an appropriate legal basis.
