1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using NeonPang ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use NeonPang for personal entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store terms.

You may:

• Download and play NeonPang on supported iOS devices.
• Use the App for personal, non-commercial entertainment.
• Save local gameplay progress and settings on your device.
• View optional rewarded ads to continue eligible gameplay sessions.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell, rent, or sublicense the App.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code.
• Use cheats, bots, automation, exploits, or unauthorized tools.
• Interfere with ads, ad measurement, security, or App functionality.
• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or fraudulent purposes.
• Misrepresent your identity or attempt to bypass technical limitations.

3. Game Rules and Progress

NeonPang is a score-based puzzle game. Gameplay rules, difficulty, levels, scoring, rewards, ad frequency, and available features may change over time as we update and improve the App.

• Scores and progress are provided for entertainment purposes only.
• Local progress may be lost if the App is deleted, reset, or device storage is cleared.
• We do not guarantee that any score, rank, save state, or gameplay result will be preserved forever.

4. Ads and Rewarded Ads

• Rewarded ads are optional.
• Ad availability is not guaranteed.
• Rewards may only be granted after the ad provider confirms completion.
• Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, including Google AdMob.
• Ad content is served by third parties and may vary by region, device, and ad availability.

5. No In-App Purchases

NeonPang does not currently offer in-app purchases, subscriptions, or pay-to-win purchases. If this changes in the future, we will update these Terms and the App Store listing as required.

6. Privacy

Your use of NeonPang is also governed by our Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy explains what data may be collected by the App and third-party services such as Google AdMob.

7. Third-Party Services

NeonPang may use third-party services, including Google AdMob, for advertising, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and performance. Your use of the App may be subject to those third-party services' terms and policies.

8. Device, Network, and Availability

NeonPang may require a compatible device, supported iOS version, and network access for ads or certain services. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or always-available operation.

• Gameplay may be affected by device performance, storage, battery state, operating system behavior, or network conditions.
• Ads may fail to load or may not be available in every region.
• We may update, suspend, remove, or change features at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

NeonPang, including its gameplay implementation, visual design, code, name, graphics, sounds, text, and other materials, is owned by PRIZM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

These Terms do not grant you ownership of the App or any related intellectual property rights.

10. User Conduct

You agree not to use NeonPang to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Interfere with the App, servers, networks, ads, or third-party services.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or data.
• Manipulate ads, rewards, scoring, or gameplay through unauthorized means.
• Use the App in a way that harms other users, PRIZM, Apple, Google, or third parties.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

NeonPang is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, availability, accuracy, and error-free gameplay.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIZM will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including loss of data, loss of progress, loss of scores, device issues, network issues, ad unavailability, or inability to use the App.

Our total liability for any claim related to NeonPang will not exceed the amount you paid to use the App, if any, or the minimum amount permitted by applicable law.

13. Termination

You may stop using NeonPang at any time by deleting the App. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if you violate these Terms, misuse the App, interfere with ads or services, or use the App unlawfully.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
