NeonPang is designed to be played without registration. We do not ask you to provide:

• Your name, email address, phone number, or postal address
• Account login credentials
• Contacts or address book data
• Photos, videos, audio recordings, or files from your device
• Payment card or bank account information
• Health, fitness, or sensitive personal information
• Precise GPS location

2. Information That May Be Collected

NeonPang uses Google Mobile Ads SDK through Google AdMob. Google and its partners may collect certain data for ad delivery, ad measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and performance.

3. Local Game Data

NeonPang stores gameplay progress and settings locally on your device, such as score, best score, level progress, and saved game state. This local game data is used to provide the app's core gameplay features.

• Local game data is stored on your device.
• Deleting the app may delete local game data.
• NeonPang does not require a user account or cloud login.

4. Third-Party Services

Google AdMob

NeonPang uses Google AdMob to serve ads. Google AdMob may collect and process device, ad, usage, diagnostic, performance, and approximate location data for purposes such as ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and SDK performance.

5. Tracking and Advertising Choices

Depending on your region, device settings, and applicable law, you may be able to control personalized advertising, tracking permissions, or ad-related privacy settings through iOS.

• Go to Privacy & Security.
• Review Tracking and Apple Advertising settings.

If a consent prompt is shown in the app in your region, you can use that prompt to manage available consent choices.

6. Children's Privacy

NeonPang is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the app, please contact us so we can review the issue.

7. Data Retention

Local gameplay data remains on your device until you delete it through the app, reset app data, or uninstall the app. Data processed by Google AdMob may be retained according to Google's policies.

8. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information. Data processed by Google AdMob may be shared with Google and advertising partners for ad delivery, measurement, fraud prevention, diagnostics, and related purposes as described by Google.

We may also disclose information if required by law or necessary to protect rights, safety, security, or prevent abuse.

NeonPang may be available in multiple countries. Advertising and diagnostic data may be processed in countries other than your own, depending on Google's services and infrastructure.
