1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, accessing, or using Later ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Later for personal or internal productivity purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Save links, short notes, and supported shared items for later reference
• View, search, and organize screenshots from your Photo Library after granting permission
• Create collections and manually organize screenshots or saved items
• Use local OCR/search features provided by the App
• Purchase Later Pro to unlock additional limits and features

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, distribute, resell, or sublicense the App
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the App's source code
• Use the App for illegal, harmful, abusive, or infringing purposes
• Use the App to store or distribute content that violates the rights of others
• Attempt to bypass purchase restrictions, feature limits, or entitlement checks
• Interfere with the App, App Store purchase systems, RevenueCat, or related services

3. Description of Service

Later is a private save box for screenshots, web links, and short notes. The App provides:

• Link Saving: Save webpages, product links, references, and other URLs
• Share Extension: Save links, text, or supported images from Safari and other apps through the iOS Share Sheet
• Screenshot Library: View and organize screenshots from your Photo Library
• Search: Search saved links, notes, and screenshot text where supported
• Collections: Group saved content and screenshots by topic or purpose
• Later Pro: Unlock higher limits and additional access to screenshot search, OCR, gallery, and organization features

4. No Account Required

Later does not require account registration:

• No email address, password, name, or phone number is required to use the App
• Your saved content and organization data are primarily stored locally on your device
• If you uninstall the App, locally stored App data may be deleted from your device
• Purchase restoration is handled through Apple App Store and RevenueCat purchase records

5. Photo Library and Local Content

5.1 Photo Library Access

• Later requests Photo Library permission to display, search, and organize screenshots
• You can revoke Photo Library permission at any time in iOS Settings
• If permission is denied, screenshot-related features may not work
• Later does not claim ownership of your photos or screenshots

5.2 Saved Links, Notes, and Images

• You are responsible for the links, text, notes, and images you save into Later
• Later may fetch basic webpage metadata, such as page title or site name, to improve saved link display
• Availability of saved links depends on the third-party websites you saved
• We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, safety, or availability of third-party websites

6. Later Pro and In-App Purchases

Later may offer a paid one-time purchase called Later Pro. Later Pro unlocks additional limits or features inside the App.

6.1 Purchase Processing

• All in-app purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store
• RevenueCat may be used to manage purchase entitlements and restore access
• We do not directly collect or store your payment card information
• Your purchase is subject to Apple's App Store terms and policies

6.2 Lifetime Access

• "Lifetime" means access to the paid Later Pro features for the lifetime of the App as offered and supported by us
• Lifetime access does not guarantee that every current feature will remain unchanged forever
• We may modify, improve, remove, or replace features over time
• We may need to change functionality due to iOS, App Store, Photo Library, or third-party service changes

6.3 Refunds

• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store refund policies
• To request a refund, use Apple's reportaproblem.apple.com service or App Store support
• We do not control Apple's refund decision process

7. Free Limits and Feature Availability

The free version of Later may include limits on saved items, screenshot search, OCR processing, gallery access, categorization, or manual organization features.

• Free limits may change over time
• Later Pro may remove or raise certain limits
• Some features may depend on device capability, iOS version, Photo Library permission, and available storage
• We do not guarantee that OCR or categorization results will be complete or perfectly accurate

8. Ownership of Content

You retain ownership of your screenshots, links, notes, collections, and other content you save or organize using Later.

• We do not claim ownership of your saved content
• You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to save or use the content you add to the App
• You are responsible for complying with copyright, privacy, and other applicable laws

9. Privacy and Data Storage

Later is designed to be local-first. Your saved items, collections, screenshot organization data, and OCR cache are generally stored on your device.

• No Account Required: Later does not require personal account registration
• Local Storage: Saved items and collections are stored locally on your device
• Photo Access: Photo Library permission is used for screenshot features
• Purchases: Apple and RevenueCat may process purchase and entitlement data

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use Later for:

• Any illegal activity or purpose
• Saving, organizing, or distributing content that infringes another person's rights
• Harassment, abuse, fraud, or harmful activity
• Attempting to bypass purchase restrictions or App Store payment systems
• Attempting to compromise the App, RevenueCat, Apple purchase systems, or any related service
• Any use that violates applicable laws, regulations, or third-party terms

11. Third-Party Services and Websites

Later may interact with third-party services and websites:

• Apple App Store: In-app purchase processing and refund handling
• RevenueCat: Purchase entitlement management and purchase restoration
• Apple Photo Library / Vision: Local screenshot access and on-device text recognition features
• Websites You Save: Saved links may be opened in a browser or used to fetch basic metadata

Your use of third-party services and websites is subject to their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party websites, content, policies, or availability.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

Later is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Availability of saved third-party websites
• Accuracy of OCR, search results, metadata, or categorization
• Compatibility with all future iOS versions or device configurations
• Preservation of local data if the App is deleted, device storage fails, or iOS removes app data

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
• We are not liable for loss of data, loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of opportunity
• We are not liable for errors caused by iOS, Photo Library permissions, device storage, App Store purchase systems, or third-party services
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App or USD $10, whichever is greater

14. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the updated Terms at this URL

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

15. Changes to the App

We may modify, suspend, discontinue, replace, or remove any part of the App at any time, including free features, paid features, limits, UI, supported languages, or integrations.

• Feature availability may change due to product decisions, iOS changes, App Store policy changes, or technical limitations
• We may update the App to improve performance, security, usability, or compliance
• We are not obligated to maintain every feature in its current form forever

16. Termination

You may stop using Later at any time by deleting the App from your device.

We may suspend or terminate access to the App or its paid features if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent purchase activity
• Attempt to bypass App Store payments or entitlement checks
• Use the App for illegal or harmful purposes

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea, unless applicable consumer protection laws require otherwise.
