KeepToss / PRIZM_KR
Terms of Service
Last updated: July 30, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using KeepToss ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the App. These Terms supplement Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Apple's terms control if there is a conflict that cannot be resolved.
2. Provider
KeepToss is provided by PRIZM_KR ("we," "us," or "our"), an independent developer based in the Republic of Korea.
3. License
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use KeepToss on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's usage rules.
You may not:
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or redistribute the App except as permitted by law.
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code except where applicable law permits it.
- Bypass free-use limits, purchase checks, or technical safeguards.
- Use the App for unlawful, harmful, abusive, or rights-infringing purposes.
- Interfere with the App, App Store services, RevenueCat, or related systems.
4. What KeepToss Does
KeepToss provides tools that may include:
- Short swipe-based photo and video review sessions.
- Grouping and comparison of similar or duplicate-looking photos.
- Suggestions based on screenshots, possible blur, media type, date, or file size.
- On-device text recognition for screenshots.
- Creation of smaller photo or video copies where supported.
- Creation of a still image from a Live Photo where supported.
- A final review list before requesting deletion through iOS.
5. Photo Library Permission and Your Content
You keep ownership of your photos, videos, and extracted text. KeepToss needs the Photo Library access you choose to grant in order to display and manage supported media.
- You are responsible for deciding which items to keep, copy, compress, or delete.
- You can limit access to selected items or revoke permission in iOS Settings.
- Some features may be unavailable when permission is limited or denied.
- iCloud availability, device storage, media format, and iOS behavior may affect processing.
6. Suggestions and Estimates
Similarity groups, duplicate suggestions, blur indicators, best-shot suggestions, file-size estimates, and potential storage savings are aids, not guarantees. Automated analysis can be wrong. You must review each item and the final pending list before confirming any action.
7. Deletion, Compression, and Recovery
- KeepToss requests deletion only for items you have selected and confirmed.
- iOS controls the final Photo Library deletion prompt and the Recently Deleted album.
- Recovery availability and retention are controlled by Apple and may change.
- Compression creates a new media copy when the device and format support it.
- You should verify a new copy before deleting an original.
- We are not responsible for content lost after you approve deletion.
8. Free Use
The current version allows up to 50 eligible photo-library review decisions at no charge. Demo items and other non-library content may not count toward this allowance. We may change the free allowance for future versions or users, subject to applicable law and App Store requirements.
9. KeepToss Lifetime Unlock
KeepToss may offer a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase named KeepToss Lifetime Unlock. It removes the App's review limit for the supported lifetime of KeepToss. It is not a subscription and does not renew automatically.
- The App Store displays the localized price before purchase.
- Apple processes payment and refunds. We do not receive payment card details.
- RevenueCat is used to verify and restore the purchase entitlement.
- Purchases can be restored with the Apple Account used for the original transaction.
- "Lifetime" means the lifetime of the App as maintained and offered by us, not the purchaser's lifetime.
- Lifetime Unlock does not guarantee that every current feature or third-party dependency will remain unchanged forever.
10. Availability and Changes
The App depends on iOS, Apple frameworks, Photo Library permissions, device hardware, App Store services, and RevenueCat. We may modify, replace, suspend, or discontinue features to improve the App, maintain compatibility, address security or legal requirements, or respond to third-party changes.
11. No Warranty
To the maximum extent permitted by law, KeepToss is provided "as is" and "as available." We do not warrant uninterrupted operation, perfect media classification, exact storage estimates, compatibility with every media format, or error-free results.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PRIZM_KR will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of photos, videos, data, storage, profits, or opportunities arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access where necessary to address unlawful use, security risks, abuse, or material violations of these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country or region.
15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms when the App, applicable law, or third-party services change. The "Last updated" date identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms to the extent permitted by law.
