By downloading, installing, or using DaySlip ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

DaySlip is a personal daily activity receipt generator that allows users to:

• Log daily activities as line items on a receipt
• View activities in a real-time receipt preview
• Customize receipt appearance with different themes
• Export receipts as high-resolution images
• Share receipt images to social media (Instagram Stories, etc.)

DaySlip operates 100% locally on your device. No account creation, login, or internet connection is required to use the core features.

3. User Data and Local Storage

3.1 No Account Required

• DaySlip does not require an account, email, phone number, or any personal information
• All data (activities, preferences, theme selection) is stored locally on your device
• No data is transmitted to external servers for core functionality

3.2 Data Persistence

• Your premium purchase status and theme preference are saved locally
• Receipt items are session-based and not persisted between app sessions
• If you uninstall the app, locally stored preferences will be lost
• In-app purchases (PRO) can be restored via your Apple ID

• Vintage theme (aged paper with sepia tones)
• All future PRO features included

5. In-App Purchase Terms

5.1 Purchase Option

• DaySlip PRO — Lifetime: One-time purchase of $2.99 for permanent PRO access

Price may vary by region and is subject to change without notice.

5.2 Purchase Terms

• This is a one-time purchase, NOT a subscription
• PRO access is permanent and does not expire
• No automatic renewals or recurring charges
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on any device using the same Apple ID

5.3 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies
• To request a refund, contact Apple Support: https://support.apple.com
• We cannot process refunds directly

6. User Content

6.1 Your Content

• You retain full ownership of all activities and text you enter into DaySlip
• All content is stored locally on your device — we never see, collect, or store your entries
• Exported receipt images are saved to your device and shared at your discretion

6.2 Exported Images

• Free users: exported images include a "DaySlip" watermark
• PRO users: exported images are watermark-free
• You are solely responsible for the content you share on social media

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to:

• Use DaySlip for any illegal activities
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Circumvent PRO feature restrictions or the watermark system
• Redistribute or resell the App or its features
• Use automated tools or bots to interact with the App
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's functionality

8. Intellectual Property

• The DaySlip name, logo, and app design are the property of Prizm
• The receipt designs, themes, and visual assets are proprietary
• You retain ownership of the text content you enter
• You may not use DaySlip's branding without written permission

9. Third-Party Services

DaySlip integrates with:

• Apple App Store: App distribution and payment processing
• RevenueCat: In-app purchase management

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

DaySlip is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or quality of exported images
• Compatibility with all social media platforms for sharing

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• We are NOT liable for the content you create or share using DaySlip
• We are NOT responsible for data loss due to app uninstallation or device issues
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Prizm and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App
• Content you create and share using DaySlip
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable laws

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Termination

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App. We may suspend or terminate access to DaySlip if you violate these Terms. Note that PRO purchases can be restored via your Apple ID even after reinstallation.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
