By downloading, installing, or using CuesNow ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.

2. License to Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use CuesNow for personal and commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

You May:

• Create and manage tasks, projects, and checklists
• Save places and set location-based reminders
• Use natural language input to create tasks
• Set up recurring tasks and due dates
• Organize tasks with tags and smart lists
• Sync your data across devices using iCloud (Pro)
• Export and backup your data

You May NOT:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App
• Reverse engineer or decompile the App
• Use the App for illegal purposes
• Attempt to hack or compromise the App's security
• Resell the App or its features
• Use automated systems to access the App
• Abuse location services for tracking others without consent

3. Free vs. Pro Features

3.1 Free Features

The free version of CuesNow includes:

• Unlimited tasks and projects
• Today, Inbox, Upcoming, and Anytime views
• Tags and basic organization
• Checklists within tasks
• Priority levels
• Recurring tasks
• Natural language input
• Up to 3 saved places with location reminders
• Local data storage
• Basic insights and statistics

3.2 Pro Features (In-App Purchase)

Pro users get:

• Unlimited saved places
• iCloud sync across all devices
• Voice input for hands-free task creation
• Advanced insights and productivity tracking
• Priority customer support
• All future Pro features

4. In-App Purchase Terms

4.1 Subscription Options

• Pro Monthly: Monthly subscription with full Pro access
• Pro Yearly: Annual subscription with discount
• Pro Lifetime: One-time purchase for permanent Pro access

Prices may vary by region and are subject to change without notice.

4.2 Subscription Terms

• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Cancel anytime through your Apple ID settings
• Lifetime purchase is permanent and does not expire
• Purchases are tied to your Apple ID
• You can restore purchases on other devices using the same Apple ID
• Free trial period (if offered) will be forfeited upon subscription purchase

4.3 Refund Policy

• All purchases are processed by Apple and are final
• Refunds are handled by Apple according to their policies

• We cannot process refunds directly

5. Location Services

5.1 Location Permission

• While Using: Location reminders only work when app is open
• Always: Recommended for arrival notifications to work in background
• Never: App works without location; arrival reminders disabled

5.2 Geofencing Limitations

• iOS limits the number of active geofences system-wide
• Location accuracy may vary based on GPS signal, Wi-Fi, and cellular coverage
• Reminders may be delayed or missed due to iOS power management
• We are not responsible for missed reminders due to system limitations

6. Ownership of Data

You retain full ownership of all data you create using CuesNow, including:

• Tasks and checklists
• Projects and tags
• Saved places and location triggers
• Notes and descriptions
• Exported backup files

We do NOT claim any rights to your data. You may use, export, or delete your data freely.

7. Privacy and Data Storage

CuesNow is designed with privacy in mind:

• Local Storage: All data is stored locally on your device by default
• iCloud Sync (Optional): Pro users can enable iCloud sync for cross-device access
• No Third-Party Servers: We do NOT upload your data to our servers
• No Account Required: The app does not require login or account creation
• Your Control: You can delete all data at any time

8. Permissions

CuesNow may request the following permissions:

• Location: To trigger reminders when you arrive at saved places
• Notifications: To send task reminders and location alerts
• Microphone: For voice input feature (Pro)
• iCloud: For data sync across devices (Pro)

You can manage these permissions in iOS Settings at any time.

9. Voice Input (Pro Feature)

CuesNow Pro includes voice input for adding tasks:

• Voice recognition is handled by Apple's Speech framework
• Audio is processed in real-time and not stored
• Microphone is only active when you tap the voice button
• Voice data may be processed by Apple per your iOS settings

10. Prohibited Uses

You agree NOT to use CuesNow for:

• Any illegal activities or purposes
• Tracking other people without their consent
• Storing illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Attempting to circumvent Pro feature restrictions
• Interfering with the App's functionality
• Any purpose that violates applicable laws or regulations

11. Third-Party Services

CuesNow integrates with:

• Apple App Store: For payments and in-app purchases
• Apple StoreKit: For purchase management
• Apple iCloud: For optional data sync (Pro feature)
• Apple Core Location: For geofencing and location services
• Apple Speech Recognition: For voice input (Pro feature)

Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

12. Disclaimer of Warranties

CuesNow is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Merchantability
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• Non-infringement
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation
• Accuracy or reliability of location detection
• Timely delivery of notifications

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are NOT liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for in-app purchases (if any)
• We are not responsible for missed reminders or notifications
• We are not responsible for inaccurate location detection
• We are not responsible for loss of data
• We are not responsible for device malfunction or iOS system errors

15. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date
• Posting the new Terms at this URL
• In-app notification for significant changes

Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

16. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to CuesNow if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Abuse the App or its features
• Use the App for illegal purposes

You may terminate your use at any time by uninstalling the App.

17. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of South Korea.
