BookStamp('북스탬프', 이하 '앱')는 다음의 목적을 위하여 개인정보를 처리합니다. 처리하고 있는 개인정보는 다음의 목적 이외의 용도로는 이용되지 않으며, 이용 목적이 변경되는 경우에는 별도의 동의를 받는 등 필요한 조치를 이행할 예정입니다.
앱은 법령에 따른 개인정보 보유·이용기간 또는 정보주체로부터 개인정보를 수집 시에 동의받은 개인정보 보유·이용기간 내에서 개인정보를 처리·보유합니다.
앱은 다음과 같은 정보를 수집합니다:
중요: 모든 책 정보와 독서 기록은 사용자의 기기에만 저장되며, 외부 서버로 전송되지 않습니다.

앱 내 데이터 삭제: 설정 > 모든 데이터 삭제 기능을 통해 직접 삭제 가능합니다.
앱은 원칙적으로 개인정보 처리목적이 달성된 경우에는 지체없이 해당 개인정보를 파기합니다.
중요: 앱을 삭제하면 기기에 저장된 모든 데이터가 자동으로 삭제됩니다.
앱은 개인정보의 안전성 확보를 위해 다음과 같은 조치를 취하고 있습니다:
앱은 광고 제공을 위해 Google AdMob을 사용하며, 이 과정에서 광고 식별자가 자동으로 수집될 수 있습니다.

앱은 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않습니다. 만 14세 미만 아동이 앱을 사용할 경우, 법정대리인의 동의가 필요합니다.
이 개인정보 처리방침은 2025년 1월 26일부터 적용되며, 법령 및 방침에 따른 변경내용의 추가, 삭제 및 정정이 있는 경우에는 변경사항의 시행 7일 전부터 공지사항을 통하여 고지할 것입니다.
현 개인정보처리방침의 내용 추가, 삭제 및 수정이 있을 시에는 개정 최소 7일 전부터 앱 내 공지사항을 통해 고지할 것입니다. 다만, 개인정보의 수집 및 활용, 제3자 제공 등과 같이 이용자 권리의 중요한 변경이 있을 경우에는 최소 30일 전에 고지합니다.

BookStamp (hereinafter referred to as "the App") processes personal information for the following purposes. The personal information being processed will not be used for purposes other than the following, and if the purpose of use changes, necessary measures will be taken, such as obtaining separate consent.
The App processes and retains personal information within the period of personal information retention and use according to laws and regulations or the period of personal information retention and use agreed upon when collecting personal information from the data subject.

Deleting In-App Data: Can be directly deleted through Settings > Delete All Data function.
The App, in principle, destroys personal information without delay when the purpose of personal information processing is achieved.
Important: All data stored on the device is automatically deleted when the app is deleted.

The App uses Google AdMob for advertising, and advertising identifiers may be automatically collected during this process.
How to Reject Ad Tracking:

Data subjects can contact the Personal Information Protection Officer regarding any inquiries, complaint handling, and damage relief related to personal information protection that occur while using the App. The App will respond to and handle inquiries from data subjects without delay.
The App does not collect personal information from children under the age of 14. If children under 14 use the app, consent from a legal guardian is required.
This Privacy Policy is effective from January 26, 2025, and if there are additions, deletions, or corrections to changes according to laws and policies, notice will be given through announcements at least 7 days before the implementation of the changes.
If there are additions, deletions, or modifications to the content of this Privacy Policy, notice will be given through in-app announcements at least 7 days before the revision. However, in the case of important changes to user rights such as collection and use of personal information and provision to third parties, notice will be given at least 30 days in advance.
