Privacy document 01
Privacy Policy
LAST UPDATED / JULY 18, 2026
1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how Prizm ("Prizm," "we," "us," or "our") handles information when you use the iPhone game Bloomway (the "App"). It also explains how third-party services integrated into the App may process information.
The App is a connected-path color puzzle with seed pods, matching flower targets, a limited Energy system, campaign levels, Daily Garden puzzles, mastery play, virtual coins, hints, helper-pod assistance, cosmetic garden themes, advertising, and a one-time in-app purchase that removes advertising.
2. Data We Handle
2.1 Data stored locally on your device
| Category | Examples | Storage |
|---|---|---|
| Game progress | Current level and board, moves, stars, records, daily-puzzle state, mastery progress, achievements, unlocked skins, and selected skin. | Device only |
| Virtual economy | Coins, hint usage, undo credits, helper-pod state, rewards, and related counters. | Device only |
| Preferences | Sound, haptics, language behavior, onboarding state, and other game settings. | Device only |
| Local event log | App opens, level events, feature usage, ad-flow events, an app-generated random install ID, session ID, app/build version, platform, timestamp, and an A/B cohort marker. | Device only in this release |
| Cached configuration | Remotely supplied gameplay and advertising-frequency settings cached so the App can continue to work offline. | Device cache |
The current release does not send the local game event log to a Prizm analytics server. A future release that enables server-side analytics will require this Policy and the App Store privacy disclosures to be reviewed and updated before release.
2.2 Data processed by third-party services
| Service | Data that may be processed | Purpose |
|---|---|---|
| Google AdMob and Google UMP | IP address and IP-derived approximate location; device or advertising identifiers where permitted; app launches, taps, ad impressions and video views; advertising data; consent choices; crash logs; and performance information such as launch time, hangs, or energy use. | Serve, limit, personalize, measure, secure, and improve advertising; prevent fraud; record privacy choices. |
| Apple App Store | Purchase transaction, Apple Account relationship, storefront, receipt, refund, and restoration information. Apple handles payment credentials. | Process and restore the Remove Ads purchase and meet legal, tax, fraud-prevention, and accounting duties. |
| RevenueCat | An automatically generated anonymous App User ID, app/device technical information, product identifiers, receipt and transaction data, purchase history, entitlement status, and storefront information. | Validate purchases, maintain the lifetime Remove Ads entitlement, prevent fraud, provide purchase analytics, and restore access. |
| Cloudflare Pages | A standard HTTPS request for a small configuration file. Like most web requests, it can include IP address and basic network/request metadata. The request does not contain your puzzle board, coins, purchase receipt, or local install ID. | Deliver non-personal remote configuration and keep the App's operating settings current. |
2.3 Data we do not ask you to provide
- No Prizm account, profile, name, email address, phone number, or password is required.
- The App does not request precise GPS location, contacts, camera, photo library, microphone, HealthKit, or payment-card access.
- The App does not include chat, public profiles, or user-generated content uploads.
- Prizm does not receive your full payment-card number or Apple Account password.
3. How Information Is Used
- App functionality: save progress, restore a game, deliver rewards, remember preferences, and unlock purchased functionality.
- Advertising: request and display banner, interstitial, and optional rewarded advertisements when advertising is allowed.
- Analytics and diagnostics: measure advertising performance, diagnose failures, understand technical performance, and improve the App and integrated SDKs.
- Security and fraud prevention: validate transactions, prevent invalid advertising activity, and protect services.
- Legal compliance: honor consent choices and comply with applicable privacy, consumer, tax, accounting, and platform obligations.
4. Advertising, Consent, and Tracking
The free version of the App uses Google AdMob. Depending on your region, device settings, age-related treatment, and consent choices, advertisements may be personalized or non-personalized. Non-personalized advertising can still use contextual information such as the App's content and IP-derived approximate location.
For users in regions where consent is required, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) may present a privacy message before advertisements are requested. You can accept, refuse, or manage available choices. Refusing consent does not block gameplay, although advertising availability or personalization may change.
On iOS, the App may ask for permission under App Tracking Transparency before an advertising identifier can be used for cross-app or cross-website tracking. You may refuse that permission and continue playing. Where Google requires a persistent privacy entry point, it appears under Game Hub → Privacy choices.
5. In-App Purchases
The App offers a one-time, non-consumable Remove Ads purchase. Apple processes the transaction. RevenueCat receives and validates transaction and entitlement information using an anonymous App User ID generated by its SDK; the App does not provide RevenueCat with your name or email address.
After verification, the App stores an ad-free status locally and checks the entitlement with RevenueCat. Purchase records may remain with Apple and RevenueCat so the purchase can be restored, refunded, audited, or protected against fraud. Review Apple's Privacy Policy and RevenueCat's Privacy Policy.
6. Local Progress and Remote Configuration
Your puzzle state, scores, coins, skins, settings, and local event log are stored in the App's local iOS storage. They are not synced to a Prizm account or cloud game account. Deleting the App can permanently remove this local progress.
The App retrieves a small public configuration document from Cloudflare Pages. That document controls operational values such as advertising cadence. The request does not upload your saved game or identify your specific game account because the App has no Prizm account system.
7. Retention and Deletion
- Local game data: remains until changed, reset, or removed by uninstalling the App, subject to iOS backup and restore behavior.
- Local event log: automatically retains only a limited recent set of events and remains on the device in this release.
- Consent data: is retained by Google UMP according to the applicable message and can be revisited when a privacy-options entry point is required.
- Advertising data: is retained by Google and its advertising partners according to their policies, consent signals, and legal obligations.
- Purchase data: may be retained by Apple and RevenueCat for restoration, transaction history, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, and legal purposes.
Because Prizm does not maintain a user account or a server-side profile for this release, we generally cannot locate third-party records using your name or email address. Requests concerning Google, Apple, or RevenueCat data may need to be directed to the relevant provider.
8. Your Choices and Privacy Rights
- Continue playing after refusing optional advertising consent.
- Review available advertising privacy choices in Game Hub when Google requires the option.
- Manage App Tracking Transparency permission in iOS Settings.
- Purchase Remove Ads to disable banner, interstitial, and rewarded advertising in the App.
- Delete local game data by uninstalling the App, understanding that local progress may be lost.
- Contact us to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, restriction, or portability rights that may apply in your jurisdiction.
- Contact your local data-protection authority if you believe your privacy rights have been violated.
Some rights are subject to legal exceptions and our ability to verify and locate the relevant data. We will not discriminate against you for exercising applicable privacy rights.
9. Children's Privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is not specifically directed to children under 13. A child should use the App only with the authorization and supervision of a parent or legal guardian where required. We do not knowingly ask children to submit names, contact details, account profiles, or user-generated content to Prizm.
If you believe information from a child has been processed contrary to applicable law, contact us. Advertising providers may apply child-directed or age-related treatment where required by platform settings, law, or the provider's policies.
10. Security and International Transfers
We use reasonable measures appropriate to the App, including iOS application storage and HTTPS connections. No electronic storage or transmission method is completely secure, so absolute security cannot be guaranteed.
Google, Apple, RevenueCat, and Cloudflare operate internationally. Information processed by them may be transferred to and handled in countries other than yours, subject to their contractual safeguards, privacy policies, and applicable law.
11. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App, integrated services, or legal requirements change. We will revise the date at the top of this page and, when required, provide additional notice or request new consent. Materially different data practices will not be applied retroactively without an appropriate legal basis.
